Contributing members receive priority access to healthcare services at WLU's state-of-the-art hospital. Services are subsidised or fully covered, ensuring members enjoy quality healthcare with dignity and convenience.
PearLife is a member support benefit available to active WLU contributors. It offers structured financial help during critical illness and bereavement-related emergencies so members and families are not left alone when it matters most.
WLU's Satellite City features fully planned residential communities with homes ranging from two to seven bedrooms. These homes — and the land they sit on — are exclusively available to WLU contributing members for purchase and settlement.
Through WLU's Business Elevation Program (BEP), contributing members access free advertising and business promotion across WLU's communication platforms, reaching over 2,000 clients. This initiative is designed to elevate member-led businesses and foster genuine economic empowerment.
Beyond the four cornerstones, contributing members unlock access to business contracts, employment priority, cashback rewards, subsidised loans, affordable education, and global career development partnerships.
WLU prioritises awarding business service contracts to contributing members. Should a required service not exist within the current membership, WLU may extend the opportunity to other Ugandans — provided they begin making contributions.
All employment opportunities within WLU are reserved for contributing members. In rare cases where specific skills are unavailable internally, non-members may be considered — but will be required to start contributing immediately upon engagement.
Contributing members will be eligible for cashback rewards based on their level and consistency of contribution. This benefit activates once WLU begins generating substantial investment returns — rewarding loyalty and consistency.
Members will have access to loans at subsidised interest rates. As WLU expands into financial services, members will be able to access both short- and long-term loans for personal and business development. Loan amounts are based on duration and consistency of contributions.
All WLU-established learning centres will offer subsidised tuition to members, ensuring affordable and accessible education for their families. As WLU's Training Centre develops, this benefit becomes increasingly valuable.
WLU will partner with global universities and organisations to provide members with access to further studies, scholarships, and professional development programs — empowering individuals and contributing to Uganda's socio-economic transformation.
